How Operate the MFB Button

Play / Pause–Click once L/R

Next Track–Long press R for 1s

Previous Track–Long press L for 1s

Answer/Ending–Click once “MFB”

Reject–Long press “MFB” for 2s

Volume Down–Click twice L

Volume Up–Click twice R

Wake Up Siri–Click tree time “MFB”

Notice:

1. Please fully charge for headset for the first time use. Please Charge the charging case at least one time every week.

2. After using a period of time, the earbud don’t charge or even can’t turn on because of oxidized magnet connector, you can handle this problem by using alcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on earbud and charging case.

3. The waterproof standard of the earbuds is life waterproof, which can be sweat-proof and splash-proof, but do not directly immerse it in water or use it in a swimming pool. The charging case is not waterproof.

4. If only one earbud works, please try to reset the earbuds or charge it.

FAQ:

Q1: Why did the bluetooth earbuds lose connection?

A1:1. Out of Bluetooth range.

2. The earbuds have low battery.

3. There is an obstacle between the wireless earbuds and bluetooth device.

Q2: How to restore the factory default settings?

(This action will delete the pairing data between earphones and your devices. When the earbuds had been connected with multiple devices, you don’t know which one is the last device, you can do this operation.)

A2:

Step 1: Place both earbuds into the charging case (Must be in the charging status);

Step 2: Long press the multi-function button on both earbuds, then the earbuds will flash Red & Blue light alternately for 3s, which means the both earbuds have been reset completely;

Step 3: Pick up the earbuds to turn them on, activate the Bluetooth setting on your device, search and select “i27” to connect, it should work properly. If not, please put the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat the steps above.

Q3: There is no pairing name of “i27” shown on my phone, but the charging case shows 100, how to fix?

A3: Please check if you have TEAR OFF the protective sticker that wrapped around the headphones charging points.

You have to remove the films firstly, then replace the headphones into the case to activate them.
