Q: I downloaded the ICSEE APP, but why I did not get an alert push from my wireless security camera?

A: You need to allow push permission of app. When you download and log in for the first time, a pop-up window will prompt you to enable this permission. Enter phone system settings – notifications, find app, and enable notification permission.

Q: Why does my outdoor camera’s motion detection only capture a picture of the back?

A: Once the PIR detects a moving object, it activates the wireless security camera and starts taking screenshots within a second. Adjust the sensitivity of motion detection to improve the detection range. Face the wireless security camera to open environment, which is beneficial to improve the spatial range of detection.

Q: How to connect wifi to my app?

A: Make sure the outdoor wireless camera is turned on, and keep working status indicator blinking red slowly. Download the latest version of app. After selecting the wireless network to connect, aim QR code towards the outdoor camera lens at a distance of 25-35cm. Connect it after wireless camera emits a beep.

Q: Is the camera waterproof? Can it withstand rain?

A: This surveillance camera is not 100% waterproof, you need to add a protective cover to make it weatherproof.

If it is windy, snowy or rainy, please check the product at any time to prevent rainwater from leaking into the product.
