Before use, adjust the highest resolution supported by the camera, so that the pictures and videos will be clear.

(the highest image resolution is 7920 * 5940 (48mp))

(the highest video resolution is UHD 2880 * 2160p (24fps))

The size of the HDMI cable of our product may be different from the product you are using. Please see clearly and use.

Connect the tripod. The thread diameter of the tripod hole required by our camera is 6 mm. If you want to buy a tripod, please buy a tripod with thread diameters of 6mm

Note: please turn off the power of the camera before replacing the memory card.

Insert the card in the correct direction. In order to avoid damaging the card or camera components, do not use too much force to insert the card.

If the SD card cannot be inserted, please check whether the direction is correct.

If you use the SD card for the first time, or the SD card has been used in other devices, please format the SD card first!

HD output

When you need to output the image and sound of the camera to the TV, you can use the high-definition cable that comes with the machine. Plug one end (small end) of the HD cable into the HD port of the camera, and then connect the other port (big end) of the HD cable to the HD interface of the TV (as shown in the figure below). Please stop recording before inserting / removing the HD cable. (Note: the HD function of this machine has the output function only, not input function.)

Download photo/video files

Insert one end (small end) of the USB cable into the USB interface of the camera, and connect the other end (big end) to the USB interface of the computer. Then turn on the camera, and press the OK key to select the “memory” option on the camera screen. The computer can recognize the files in the SD card of the camera. You can browse or download photos and videos. If you select the “camera” option, enter the video interface.
