Preheating usually takes 2-3 minutes. Once preheated, the Heating indicator lights will be illuminated.

Note: The browning and baking time of the waffle according to your perference. If you think the waffle is not cooked enough after 1 baking cycle (the first heating indicator light ON), please wait 1-2 more cycles of baking. Once the waffle maker is heated for the first time, the cooking cycle time will be faster. It will take approx. 5-8mins to reach the optimal temperature.

The extra-thick 1.4″ grid is cleverly designed to do a 180-degree flip that will spread your batter evenly to have crispy outside edges with the inside being fluffy and tender.

ATTENTION:

1. The waffle plates have been treated with a special nonstick coating. The first time you use your waffle maker, it may have a slight odor and may smoke a bit. This is normal and common to appliances with a nonstick surface.

2. Baking time is determined by the browning setting chosen. It may take up to 3 minutes longer to bake your waffles on a higher setting.

3. To remove the waffle, gently loosen the edges with a heatproof spatula. Never use stainless steel utensils, as they may damage the nonstick coating.

4. Be certain grids have cooled completely before cleaning.

5. You may clean the grids by wiping with a damp cloth to prevent staining and sticking from batter or oil buildup.If batter adheres to plates, simply pour a little cooking oil onto the baked-on batter and let stand about 5 minutes.This will soften the batter for easy removal.

6. To clean exterior, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Never use an abrasive cleanser or harsh pad.
