Q: Won’t connect to internet/WiFi/network?

A:1.Please ensure the connection is 2.4GHz WiFi. 5GHz WiFi is not supported.

2. Please ensure that the bulb camera can be powered on.

3. Please install it close to the router; the camera requires a strong WiFi signal.

4. Please ensure that your WiFi information is entered correctly.

5. If not，Please reset the bulb camera and try to connect again.

Q: Why can’t my phone receive alert notifications?

A: 1. Please make sure you have turned on the motion detection alert switch and set the appropriate alarm sensitivity.

2. Please ensure your phone system permissions allow our apps to perform message pushes.

3. Please confirm to open the message push settings in the App, open the App, click Me→ Message Center, click the button in the upper right, and enable notifications.

4. Alarm interval 1-3-5 minutes, which means only one alarm can sound during the period.
